Gunderson Rail Demolition

Project Scope

Hired again by the City of Omaha, Valley corporation began the Gunderson Rail Demolition in October of 2012. This project ultimately consisted of the demolition of 3 buildings, including a warehouse and an office building between two buildings that were not to be torn down. This project was completed in November of 2013.

• 36,000 SF 35′ tall warehouse demolition
