245th Street Bank Stabilization
PROJECT SCOPE
Valley Corporation was hired by Douglas County to stabilize the bank of the East Bank of the Elkhorn River at 245th and Q Streets. Starting on March 22, 2019, beginning with tree removal and the use of imported soil and riprap, Valley was able to stabilize the banks with a clean, sturdy, dependable embankment. The project was finished and opened to the public on May 15, 2019.
