Applied Underwriters Grading Project

Project Scope

Beginning in March of 2019, Valley Corporation completed a mass grading project for the insurance agency, Applied Underwriters. Valley provided the necessary amounts of fill material, then installed a surcharge for the massive foundation wall to be built on top of it. The installation of the surcharge was completed the same month as started and left in place to complete settlement.
