Director of Human Resources

JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Human Resources will lead and manage the HR department, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. This role involves developing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and retention efforts, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Director will also implement training and development programs, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
