At Valley Corporation we love good food, good people and fun times. On August 6th we enjoyed all of the above at our 3rd Annual Pork Roast and Open House. A huge thank you to everyone who worked hard to make this event another success. Kurt, Kevin, and Al woke up at the wee hours of the morning to begin roasting the hog. Al served his homemade pickles, jalapeno poppers, salsa, and veggies from his garden. The food was amazing! Watching the kids jump and play in the bounce house for hours was enjoyable for all. And having this time together was priceless. We look forward to doing it again next year!
