Trenching
With open-cut trenching being labor intensive it is still the preferred method to install larger cables & diameters of pipe. The Valley Corp team covers a lot of ground during the day opening trenches up to 8’ deep and 30” wide. Whether its gas, electric, water, sewer, or fiber the Valley Corporation team makes quick work of countless miles of infrastructure to keep the Midwest moving.
Traffic Signal Intersections and Street Lighting
Specializing in Building Traffic Signal Intersections. These projects can be in densely populated areas, and our team is proficient in minimizing disruptions in traffic flow and impacts on local businesses and residents while completing the work per schedule. Our team’s diverse knowledge allows Valley Corp to complete all phases of building an intersection. We pour the foundations, install the underground conduit, pull and terminate the wire, splice the fiber optics and program the vehicle detection radars and cameras as well as install the poles and mast arms. Updated technology in a traffic signal can allow each intersection to talk to each other via fiber optics, working with the vehicle detection radars and can significantly improve traffic flow at busy intersections. Valley Corp can build new Traffic Signals from the ground up or update existing Traffic Signals to meet the needs of our customers.
Electrical & Fiber Duct Banks

Vacuum Excavation

The solution to this is Vacuum Excavation. The process of using high-pressure water and a vacuum allows us to find these facilities without damaging them. This allows our highly skilled crews to be able to visually see existing cables & pipes in their path of installing new infrastructure and avoid hitting our damaging existing cables, damages that can cause loss of communication, power, water, or gas. Not only does this method find underground facilities it can be used to clean out just about anything you can think of.
